Soak white peas 2.5 hours. Then boil it adding little salt and haldi for 2 whistles. let it open it naturally
In a bowl add suji and curd and mix. Let it sit for 20mins.

Add chopped tomatoes and salt, haldi, red chili and curry powder and saute up to cooked properly.
Now add boiled white peas to it and cook up to dry
Now add water to get required gravy.
Let it boil for 5 to mins. And now lower the flame and cook.
Finally add garam masala and mix
Serve hot appe and guguni..
